John Papp

John is an entrepreneur with an extensive business portfolio and proven track record in various spaces. His well-rounded skill set includes business development, project management, and business operations. He is currently owner and operator of a vertically integrated real estate company which includes property and casualty insurance, residential construction, property management, real estate holding, and real estate brokerage services.

His ‘out of the box’ thinking and problem-solving ability have been instrumental throughout his 20 years of business ownership. They have also allowed him to obtain multiple granted and pending patents from the USPTO.

John grew up in the Litchfield Hills of Connecticut, where he currently resides with his wife and three sons. He enjoys spending time outdoors with them when he isn't working. His favorite hobbies include fishing and boating.

While earning his degree in environmental science he adopted the philosophy of becoming a steward to civilization. He currently serves on The Town of Warren Planning and Zoning Commission and helped develop with the town’s Plan of Conservation and Development. John is a very proud member of the Freemasons. He is involved in several lodges and chapters within Connecticut, including Federal Lodge #17 where he is currently the sitting Master, St. Paul’s Lodge #11, York Rite’s St Elmo Commandry #9, and Scottish Rite’s Valley of Waterbury.

John strives to apply his unique perspective to all areas of life, especially in business. He is dedicated to self-improvement and advancement, as well as treating others with respect and consideration. As Napoleon Hill said, “Strength and growth come only through continuous effort and struggle.”
