Our family is so grateful to John. We were moving to the Hudson Valley/Westchester area from the Midwest, and did not know the area very well. John took us around, helped us to understand the area and different communities. He was responsive, available, always friendly. Not least of all, John worked hard to try to understand us and what we were looking for -- even as we were trying to figure out what we were looking for, at the same time. Our search took some time, and John was with us every step of the way. We feel that we were finally able to find the place that was right for us - and John deserves a lot of the credit for that.

John helped us get into our home after a full year of searching all over Westchester, Putnam, & Dutchess County. We shifted gears a lot in terms of home location, size, layout, budget, and John was so incredibly patient throughout the process. He is SO knowledgeable about older houses. I specifically remember looking at a home that I thought was perfect and John took the time to explain to me the issues with the structural integrity of house and how it had “settled” improperly and that it probably wasn’t the best move to make an offer and reassured us that we would find a better one. This is just one of many times he really took the time to look out for us as new homebuyers. He offered such sincere and helpful guidance throughout the whole process. He was so quick to respond to our never ending questions. He’d get us in for a showing sometimes within hours of a last minute ask. John has such a natural talent to connect with his clients on a personal and professional level. I can’t recommend him enough and I hope to work with him again in the future!

Relationships are important to him, much more so than "making the sale," and you can tell that he's this way from the very first moment you meet him all the way through until his work is done. John is so good at his job that after just a few weeks of working together, he knew exactly what we wanted and brought us right to it. It was a house I had seen on Zillow and thought "not for us" - but he gently encouraged us to have a look anyway. Turns out, it was "THE ONE" - we knew from the moment we pulled into the driveway. We put in an offer the next day and we are now living in our own personal paradise, happier than we ever imagined. We simply wouldn't be here without John.

If there was a way to rate more than 5 stars in a Google review, this is the one I’d do it for!

We found John online and reached out without having heard of him before. From the moment we got on the phone, his knowledge, expertise, helpfulness, and professionalism blew us away. As first time home buyers we relied heavily on John to guide us and he was responsive and helpful every step of the way.

As we were looking for our home during a peak sellers market, there were lots of ups and downs - and John was there experiencing those highs and lows with us. After 7 months, we finally found a house better than we could have dreamed! John’s guidance on how to make our offer stand out, is the reason we got the house that we now call home.

John not only helped us by being our realtor, at our closing he was helping double check all the paperwork and offered to help in any way possible. Luckily we had a great attorney (no surprise since she was highly recommended by John) and everything went so smoothly (under and hour!).

John helped us purchase land and was fantastic to work with from start to finish. It was our first time purchasing real estate and he was extremely knowledgeable, was always on time and super responsive. John recommended a great local attorney and other local firms that we needed to work with when evaluating the property for our build. He helped us through the complex journey of land and construction contracts, always reaching out to see how it was going and eager to help in any way, even after we closed! Prior to John we were always having a hard time getting in touch with other realtors or finding the right answers. We definitely would not have been able to close on a deal to build our dream home if it weren’t for John, couldn’t recommend him more highly!

I had a wonderful experience working with John, he was there to support me through the entire process of buying my first home. Starting with helping me find the perfect home for my lifestyle and budget and then ensuring we did everything right to get into a contract! After the contract was signed he continued to be a great support, being a bank owned property we went through many difficulties with the seller and some difficulties with the loan processor. After all was said and done, it was all worth the effort, but I don’t think I could have done it without John’s help!
