John Peterson purchased his first house in Hudson in 2006, moving from the West Village of NYC. Right away, the Hudson Valley felt like home, and in 2018 he also had the good fortune to be able to buy a cozy little getaway cabin in Sullivan County with hundreds of acres of peaceful New York State forest just a stone’s throw down the road. When not selling real estate, John enjoys operating a successful short-term rental in Hudson as an Airbnb super host with 45 five-star reviews and counting! His husband and he also run a high-end catering and event planning business, specializing in Hudson Valley farm-to-table weddings.
