No surprise John has all five star ratings. I’ve been partnering with John Privette since 2012 on multiple properties. John just helped us purchase an investment property In Norman. Due to multiple offers going down to the wire John wrote the contract offer up while he was on vacation in New Mexico. I trust John and I’ve always been grateful for his willingness to be a mentor/partner when it comes to real estate. Appreciate your good work John. Thank You.

John has been so helpful and responsive to our needs. We were are out of state, didn't know much about Oklahoma at all. So John was a great guide during it all. He was familiar not only in the real-estate field but did also help us understand more on the lending side of things as well due to his extensive experience and knowledge of both issues. He was very patient, polite, punctual, understanding, and always answered all the many questions we had. He was there every time we needed him and would go above and beyond to keep us feeling safe and in good hands during this stressful process. Very easy to work and communicate with. John Privette is a very knowledgeable realtor who really stays on top of my listings and is good at working with the opposing realtor.
He just saved us $3000 on an appraisal that came in low/he went to bat and pointed out to the appraiser another comp that the appraiser then used to get us back to our contracted price.
