John Ruggieri has proudly lived in the tri-state area for the past 35 years. He enjoyed living in New York City for the first twenty. While he certainly still takes advantage of all that the city offers, the Hudson Valley is his home.

His career in fashion has taken him on a journey across the country and around the world. There is no other place that he would rather be than in the Hudson Valley. The mix of nature's beauty, the historical and cultural sites and the endless food and entertainment options make the Hudson Valley the perfect location to live life to the fullest.

Over the years, John has bought and renovated two Arts and Crafts homes and an antique Dutch colonial. He is currently living in and working on a Mid-Century Modern home in the Town of Newburgh. He combines aesthetics with practicality to identify hidden gems that will become his clients' dream homes.
