John Rumcik

John started his real estate career in 2006 and went full time in January 2007. A little later that year the real estate bubble started to burst; this was a tough time, but he was able to perform well in a difficult market. The lessons he learned then have helped him today; they have allowed him to serve our clients exceptionally well because he has seen it all!

He sells about thirty-five homes a year with an average total annual volume of about $18 million. He has sold over 450 homes in his career with a dedicated personal level of service. He grows his business through referrals from his clients. John is a member of the RE/MAX Hall of Fame and Diamond Lifetime Top Producer member of the Northern Virginia Association of Realtors. He has also been featured in the Northern Virginia Magazine "Top Real estate Agents" in 2013-2020. John was also featured in the Washingtonian magazine as one of their "Top Real Estate Agents" in 2013-2020.

John moved to Northern Virginia in 1999 after graduating from Gannon University in Erie, PA. Originally from Pittsburgh, he has been married to his beautiful wife Kristin since 2003 and they live in Lorton with their rescued racing Greyhound. They actively support the ESPWA foundation bringing medical care to Haiti and love helping to rescue greyhounds. He is also the self-appointed "Biggest REALTOR in VA (Based on arm size)" and has a humorous picture to prove it! He is an avid bodybuilder and won several awards, including the 2019 National Physique Committee (NPC) Super Heavyweight Virginia State Championship. He won the Mid Atlantic Super Heavyweight championship (All amateur and natural sows) and he was recently featured in the RE/MAX Above magazine with his life coach Arnold Schwarzenegger.
