We absolutely loved working with John. As first time homebuyers he made the process easier than we could have ever anticipated. This was our second time using John as our realtor and we cannot say enough good things about him. The first time we used him he helped us buy a new home. The search started in January and was finally finished in June, and he stuck with us through all of it, providing helpful advice and remarks from experience. When we decided to back out of buying a home after deciding it wasn't for us, he was very supportive.

All in all, John seems very knowledgeable, patient, and willing to answer all questions as best he can. Would highly recommend him.

John Salidas is one of the best real estate brokers in the Chicagoland area that I’ve worked with. Specifically, I’m very pleased with his ability to negotiate and his tenacity for making sure that his clients receive a successful result during the buying process.

My fiancée and I have been looking for our first place for the past year or so. During this time, John did a great job of showing us relevant places within our budget and within the location boundaries that we set for him. While showing us approximately ten-twelve different places, John finally found us the winner - and he stayed within our budget. At all relevant times, John was extremely patient and did not pressure us into purchasing something.

John did a fantastic job educating us about all of the different aspects that goes into purchasing real estate, and we are very thankful for that. Being someone who relies on trust in doing business, it is the penultimate trait that any real estate broker can have; and John exceeds in this area.

My fiance and I were very nervous about our first home purchase. I was recommended John by another realtor from the city who I'd worked with who didn't have expertise in the suburbs. John was very patient and knowledgeable about all the different areas surrounding Chicago. He knew everything about the different school systems and quirky neighborhoods. He carted around with us for over a month searching for the perfect place seeing at least 30-40 properties.

Along the way he educated us about things to look out for, signs that a house was well taken care of and everything in between. He even has a pretty good sense of humor. He put up with our pickiness with effortless ease.

When it came time for making offers and closing John laid out our bargaining position and put together very good comps to give us an idea of the market. He was a good negotiator and got us much more money off the purchase price than I was expecting. The closing was very smooth and John kept us on top of all the important deadlines. I would definitely recommend John to any other first time home buyers or anyone else looking to buy in the suburbs.

I'm just going to get right to the point, and let you know that John Salidas is the best realtor on the planet. Seriously, just give him a call. I've gone through the home buying process three times now, so I do have a basis of comparison. When buying a home, you'll go through a wide range of emotions, and experience a number of surprises along the way. John is there at every step, to guide you, and offer professional advice. He has a firm understanding of the nuances of real estate transactions. When faced with the challenge of bidding against other potential buyers, John presented us with the tools to come out ahead, and secure the home of our dreams. This guy's knowledge extends far past the fundamental basics of real estate, but that's only part of what makes him an exceptional realtor. John has a great personality. If you go in to the process of buying a home with the right attitude, he'll help make it a heck of a lot of fun. He's bright, and cheerful, and has a great sense of humor. He was extremely patient with us. He's prompt, and always available. John never flinched, despite the fact that we changed our mind a few times. This guy is top notch, and so are the network of professionals that he partners with. I wouldn't hesitate to use any of his recommended professionals. We had our own inspector, as well as our own lender, but we did use John's recommended attorney, and he arranged a great team of movers for us. If you're looking to buy a home, and want to have a great time doing it, there's really nobody else to consider. Give John a call.
