Where do I begin, let's start with the fact that buying a house especially your first one is a huge milestone. John was very responsive and attentive to all my needs. I was recommended to him through my mortgage broker. He and I were able to shoot the breeze together as well as get down to business. John is a man of his word and very upfront and honest. He's not the type to bull$&!t you around. I looked at numerous places with him and put in several offers. Before finally sealing the deal on my first house.

All the technical jargon and terms used in the world of real estate were completely foreign to me. He took the time to answer all my questions and explain things to me. Even if it took multiple times until I finally got the grasp of everything. He would talk me through the best options for making an offer on a specific house. He has a very firm grasp on this ever changing market. My offer wouldn't have gone through on my house. If I had gone with the terms I had in mind. John steered me in the right direction and landed me my first place.

If you've made it this far, by now you should know. I highly recommend John Sattler to represent you. Whether you're buying or selling a house. He will get the job done.

If it were possible I would give John Sattler of Bushnell Real Estate Solutions a GOLD MEDAL for his service. John went above and beyond his call of duty as a Real Estate agent. He is now my official buddy! He asked some basic questions about what I wanted in a home and He went out and found it! John effectively negotiated with the listing agent, introduced me to an amazing lending company and I was in my dream home. John even helped paint my house! How awesome is that?? I have a hard time knowing where to start when talking about John Sattler. I’ve never had a realtor that worked so hard for me EVER! I bought my first piece of real estate with my parents help when I was 15 years old. I’ve bought and sold real estate now for over 30 years, and I’ve never come across a harder working, more intuitive, honest, and trustworthy real estate agent in my life than John Sattler. He did everything he said he would, came through with even more proceeds on my sale than I hoped for, and did more repairs, and touch-ups to my home to maximize the selling price than I ever would have asked of him.
