About John

John Siepmann joined the family business in 1993, working alongside his father Ron, brother Jim, and sister Karen. From a young age, John was immersed in the world of real estate—walking properties with his dad and brother, imagining the layout and character of neighborhoods long before they were built.

Today, John serves as Vice President of Operations and Development Manager, overseeing brokerage and entitlement matters, as well as project and property management. Whether he's repairing a fence in one of our residential communities or navigating government approvals for a commercial site, John plays a vital role in the day-to-day operations at Siepmann Realty.
