We really could not have asked for more in an agent. John not only listened to our wants, needs and concerns but heard the details of those conversations and wasted no time helping us find the home we didn't even know we wanted. As transplants, from out of state, our schedule was tight, knowledge of the area limited and stress level high. John put us at ease with his perrenial upbeat attitude, vast knowledge in ALL things related to real estate/moving and 5 star reccomendations that fit our needs perfectly. He communicated each step, patiently explaining any question we had, encouragingly so, and promptly returned any correspondence. He took his time with us while wasting no time! No pressure, no nonsense, no need to worry if John is your agent! Truly cannot reccomend him, and the wealth of information he brings to the table, enough.

JOHN IS THE MAN. He is extremely knowledgeable about everything relevant in the home buying business. He wisely steered me away from houses that may have been problematic down the road, identifying things I wasn’t able to spot. We finally found EXACTLY what I was looking for and continues to go above and beyond even after home purchase to keep in touch, assist in any way he can, make sure things are going smoothly, etc. He does great work!!!!!
