John Suleiman, also known as “John the Beach Realtor” is a third-generation Real Estate Professional serving Tampa Bay, Pinellas County and the Gulf Beaches area. His Italian Ancestors settled in St Pete Beach over 80 years ago in Pass-a-Grille and Punta Vista Bennet Beach (at one point owning nearly 25% of the community!). John has been visiting and living here (originally in Belle Vista), his whole life, allowing him to become an expert and know this area intimately. He has dedicated his professional life to customer service, marketing, advertising, copywriting, investment banking (negotiating multi-million dollar deals for Sellers) and to the remodeling industry.
John started his Real Estate Career in Colorado, where he rode around on ATV's showing agricultural land! Now John works as a full-service Realtor which means he is qualified to offer a comprehensive market analysis, remodeling and repair tips, well-positioned successful open houses, and always makes himself available for all showings. He customizes promotions for each of his client’s unique properties, creatively negotiates on their behalf, handles all transaction management thoroughly and consistently and provides honest advice and guidance every step of the way from listing to closing. -Built a successful Direct Mail List Brokerage and List Management business for ten years and eventually sold it to Lewis Direct in Denver, Colorado.
