John Szewc

Growing up in a military family, John had the opportunity to live all around the world, but his roots reside in Iowa. He’s lived in the Cedar Rapids area since 1984, where he’s since raised two wonderful sons and become active in the community, local schools, businesses, and our church. He enjoys spending time with his wife Sandy and our two Bernedoodles, Wynnie and Bella. Together, they enjoy biking, seeing live music, attending sporting events, and exploring the many parks around the area. He became a licensed Real Estate Agent in 2001, celebrating over 20 years of bringing joy to new and repeat homeowners. As your Agent, John prides himself on being a devoted partner and active listener. Learning about you and your wants and needs is one of the best parts of his job.
