After deciding to list my home of 30 years, I wanted an agent who was amazing, so I determined to only choose someone based on word of mouth recommendations. There are so many agents out there!
We met with John Winters, and I could tell he was very knowledgeable ,and knew his stuff. Things went fast right away. With Covid he made sure we were safe , and took many extra precautions when allowing people to come look at our home, however we had a steady stream of people, and the house went quickly.
John was really on top of everything. He explained clearly how things would happen, and went the extra mile to handle anything that came up in a timely manner. I have already recommended John Winters to others, and I recommend him to you now . He will get the job done!
