Johnathan Berghorst

Growing up, my passion for the outdoors began at our family’s camp in Michigan’s Upper Peninsula. With nearly 100 years of family history on this parcel, I came to appreciate the significance of creating generational memories connected to the land.

After graduating from college with degrees in Business Entrepreneurship and Business Management—and playing football at Central Michigan University—I started my career in commercial construction and real estate. Outside of work, my time shifted to hunting and the outdoors. Along with whitetail hunting, I enjoy pursuing upland birds, waterfowl, and testing new skill sets while traveling out west. Beyond hunting, I am passionate about developing wildlife habitat, recreational projects, and managing rental properties.

With the lessons I’ve learned and the memories created on our family’s parcel, I enjoy helping others find their dream land and build their own legacies. Whether it’s a hunting parcel, a cabin or cottage, an investment property, or farmland, I work to make my clients’ goals a reality.

Johnathan and his wife, Courtney, currently reside in Traverse City.
