We recently closed on our home and are thankful that Johnny and Team Rojas was there to get us to the finish line. Having a bilingual and experienced realtor is a MUST in Northern New Jersey. In April of 2020, I was having a hardship to where my income was reduced, and the world was facing covid. Millions of people were losing their jobs. Such as myself. I couldn't afford to keep up the payments on my home, and Investors bank gave a very hard time and wouldn't except any mortgage payments from me.. I knew soon the bank was going to submit a foreclosure. I was stressed didn't know where to turn too. One day I was checking the mail I received a card from century 21 reality picture of someone feeling overwhelmed the same way I was feeling at the time. I reached out to Johnny Rojas the manager of century 21. He reassure me that everything would be ok. He said that we will gi forward with a shortsale on the property and sale it fast. From there it started moving fast.Johnny, Fabiola and Wendy Were very attentive, responsive and professional. They kept they word everything worked out great I sold my house in 3 months.
