We have used Johnny Williams with Keller Williams Realty to sell our home in Keller and also to buy another home in Keller. We moved out of state for a couple of years in between these transactions. Both times he did a great job, and with our new purchase he truly sent above and beyond to provide great service. Johnny really knows the market. We have recommended him to others and would use him again. He has become a good friend and we highly recommend him and Keller Williams if you are selling or buying a home. Denny and Rene' Keller My wife & I found a short sale listed by Johnny Williams. We understood that the process could take up to 6 months or more. We decided to go ahead since the home met all of our needs. However, we soon discovered the sale was going to be a complicated one involving numerous liens & IRS issues. Johnny assured us he could get it done and he was true to his word. We closed on the property in 4 1/2 months. Johnny Williams proved to us that he works hard for his clients and accomplishes what he sets out to do. Your friendliness and knowledge of the market made an easy and swift transition for my parents and family.
