Joi Jones

Joi has been a REALTOR® in Austin since 2004 and an Austin resident since 1995. She is a member of the Realty Austin Diamond Club $10M+ Top Producer. She was also the recipient of the "Realty Austin Effect" Award for 2020 for the highest percent increase in sales year over year for 2020.

Joi can help you with buying and selling homes, as well as finding investment properties. She works to provide the highest level of customer service, prides herself on attention to detail, and sees herself as an advisor and guide to her clients. Joi has a low-pressure style combined with enthusiasm for helping clients achieve their goals, whether that is finding the perfect home or investment or selling at a great price. She tries to make the process of buying and selling homes enjoyable and as smooth as possible. Her motto is, "Be Kind and Work Hard." She is proud that most of her business comes from referrals and hopes this serves as a testament to the level of service and expertise she can provide.

After many years at a small brokerage and then on her own as an independent Broker, Joi is excited to be a part of Realty Austin. She is able to provide the same customer service as always but now has access to resources, industry-leading technology, and innovative marketing that Realty Austin provides. This allows her to improve the services she provides to repeat and future clients.

Joi has managed several of her own rental properties and short-term rentals for many years. In 2013, Joi built a custom "5-star green" home near Zilker Park. This personal experience helps her guide her clients who are interested in building or investing. She has a network of professional vendors, lenders, inspectors, and contractors to which she can refer clients.

Joi enjoys traveling, spending time with her family and friends, hosting parties, trying new restaurants, and enjoying live music in Austin.

In addition to donating a portion of every commission to Realty Austin's charitable fund, Joi is also a pledged annual supporter of Foundation Communities, a local nonprofit that provides affordable housing & services to Austinites in need. She also is a sponsor of the South Austin Little League and Zilker Elementary.
