If you are looking for an agent, whether you are buying or selling, I highly recommend Joi Sherrill. With tons of patience and dogged perseverance, she worked with us through a lengthy buying process (2 years). This was all due to me being a very picky, have to have things right financially and house wise before I can buy anything type of person. She taught us how to navigate a rough buyers market and what to look for in a home outside of the items on our wishlist. On the flip side, when we were ready to sell, the timeline was the opposite. Very quick. Once we made the decision, Joi went to work and we saw her shine as she interacted with us, prospective buyer agents and the professionals who helped us close. We got a fabulous offer on the house and closed quickly. All of this occurred over a period of about 60 days. When we are ready to purchase again, I know she will be ready to move us forward.

Joi is so great to work with! She was the first and last realtor I called in the Nashville market after we found her in a Google search. She knows the entire metro area extremely well. She understands value in the market and she took our seemingly impossible requirements for an affordable second home and made it happen. We aren’t local, and she helped us find the perfect house with perfect timing and in the perfect location at an incredible price in no time. She also went to bat for us on so many little things that I felt like we had a trusted friend with us the whole way through.

Joi was a true blessing for us. Ours was an inherited property 700 miles away from our home in Texas. You can imagine what kind of problems could develop in that situation. This needs to sell fast......luckily we had Joi on the job. She handled everything quickly and kept us immediately informed on all of it. Even though our first buyer had an unforeseen financial reversal, Joi got the place sold to a second buyer in a comparable deal by the original time line, about 6 weeks. That saved us a lot of money and travel. The best you can say about anyone's work is, " Boy they know their stuff !" Well, this lady knows her stuff and is a joy to talk to and work with. Joi was absolutely amazing! I wish I could give her way more than 5 starts! I was in a jam and needed a new house FAST. I gave Joi my budget and she instantly got to work. She never showed me a house out of my price range and was very cautious of my budget during the whole experience.

She worked with my complex schedule, even when I only had 15 minutes to view a house. Once we found one, Joi and her team made the process easier than buying a new couch! I am still in shock at how easy it was. After I moved in, she even came by to give me a new home gift and make sure I still loved my home.

Five months after moving in, I had a couple questions about the flooring. Joi quickly replied and helped me find the answers.

If you are needing to buy/sell a home, I highly recommend Joi. She is the absolute best!
