A native of North Carolina, JoJo Spallone brings a unique combination of real estate insight, design sensibility, and deep community involvement to her role at the Taylor Agostino Group at Compass. She began her career in private and mortgage banking at Branch Banking and Trust, where she gained valuable experience in the financial side of real estate transactions.
JoJo later led strategic initiatives at EagleBank, managing high-profile projects such as the EagleBank Bowl and the bank’s sponsorship of the U.S. Open. Her professional accomplishments are matched by a strong commitment to community service. She has served on both the board and advisory board of Fair Chance, a D.C.-based nonprofit supporting underserved youth and families, and played a key role in growing Families4Families, an organization focused on addressing food insecurity in the DMV.
At the Taylor Agostino Group, JoJo has found her stride as a trusted advisor, guiding clients through every step of the buying and selling process. With a sharp eye for design and a passion for helping homes reach their full potential, she works closely with sellers to identify thoughtful, cost-effective updates that highlight a property’s best features and appeal to today’s buyers.
JoJo lives in Chevy Chase with her husband, Rob, and their two sons.
