Jolene Lindell

I’m a Realtor with Realty ONE Group Impact in West Des Moines. I work with buyers and sellers in and around the Des Moines metro area. As a professional agent, I provide exceptional customer service from our first meeting through closing. My experience in design, sales, marketing, and negotiation creates an ideal experience for my clients. I pride myself on my ability to listen and understand what people want. Helping clients achieve their goals has been the foundation of my success. Real estate is my priority, and I love helping people obtain financial independence through home ownership. I care and work hard to make dreams happen.

I grew up in Estherville, Iowa, and am the daughter of a veterinarian and a small business owner. We lived on an acreage outside of town that my parents built. I raised 4H animals with my sister and brother and enjoyed snow skiing and snowmobiling in the winter.

Before earning my real estate license, I studied graphic design and graduated from Iowa State University with a B.F.A. in Art and Design. I began my career designing games and toys for Western Publishing and Mattel in downtown Milwaukee, Wisconsin. I went on to work in sales, marketing, and design for a Northshore pain relief clinic and started investing in real estate.

In 2009, I relocated to Iowa with my husband, two daughters, and our Golden Retriever, Max. We have owned many homes over the years and have a few rentals around the metro. I enjoy spending time with my family, art, gardening, baking, traveling, and riding our Harley.
