I’ve known JoLynn for years, so I already knew she was a great person—but it turns out she’s an even better realtor. As a first-time home buyer, I came in with about 1,000 questions and zero clue what I was doing. She met with me almost 10 months before I was even ready to start looking and walked me through everything without ever rushing or pressuring me.

I have known JoLynn for years and bought homes with her twice, and both times have been an amazing experience. Her kindness and patience are unmatched-- she saw so many properties with us, even when we were just starting out looking for a 'unicorn', and found us the perfect home both times. Her skill in the negotiation stage with creating a sense of urgency for the seller, allowed us to narrowly avoid a bidding war on the first property, and actually purchase a great home under list price. She cares deeply about all her clients and always goes the extra mile. On our second purchase, in spite of the sudden, great personal loss of her family member in the midst of it, she made sure we were able to successfully navigate buying our forever home, and even sent us a Christmas card. She is truly an incredible realtor, person, and friend!

She walked us through the entire process step by step and made sure that we always knew what to expect. She was very patient and took time to offer her expert advice to all of our five million questions.

Where to begin! I cannot say enough about JoLynn Johnston as a realtor! She was so incredibly thoughtful and hands on from our very first phone call. I never once doubted her skill and all she could do for us.

She not only made the buying process fun but she took all of the stress that comes with it, off of our backs. There was never any question that she truly was listening to all of our wants and needs and working overtime to make sure we got them all.

I was 22 years old when buying my first home! I found her through Zillow on a late friday afternoon, I requested info about a property and she got back with me that same day! She was so welcoming we were able to build a bond, which made things a breeze! She made sure to hit all the key points of interest when searching! Flash forward..we closed on the house, with her she brings cookies and a welcome sign for the house! My birthday came and she dropped off gifts at the front door, again on my fiancé’s birthday! I went through 6 realtors before Jolynn, no exaggeration. I missed out on so many opportunities because of bad realtors. Jolynn provided the best service for my family and I. Not only did she fight for me when it came to a messy mortgage company; she held my hand as a first time home buyer and answered any and all questions I had. That to me, meant the world. She got me in my home the first day I had contacted her. Its crazy how the universe works. I strongly recommend this woman for buying, selling or anything in between. I have been in my home now for almost a year and I still reach out to her with questions. Not only is she worth a contact, shes worth the friendship you build.
