Homes From DeHart Real Estate Team, Jon has built his reputation on strategic negotiation, market

Falls Church, Vienna, Arlington, Alexandria, and the Tysons corridor.

In 2026, Jon aligned his business with TTR Sotheby’s International Realty, pairing his proven local
market leadership with the firm’s global reach and elevated marketing platform to deliver an
exceptional client experience at every price point. His move builds on a career defined by consistent
performance and growth. Jon began his real estate career in 2010 with Long & Foster in McLean,
earning Rookie of the Year honors in his first year, and later joined Keller Williams McLean/Great Falls,
where he rose to become the #1 individual agent and team in the office.

A native Virginian, Jon graduated from Hampden-Sydney College with a degree in Managerial
Economics and earned his Master’s degree in Real Estate from Georgetown University. When he’s not
serving his clients, Jon especially loves spending quality time with his wife and children, and he also
enjoys saltwater sportfishing, yachting, tennis, and golf. He is also very passionate about his faith and
serves/praises at Holy Trinity Church in McLean, VA.

His deep local roots, combined with intimate market knowledge, provide clients with a meaningful
