Business Journal, Los Angeles Magazine, and several other media outlets as one of the leading agents in the local L.A. market. In 2019, Jon sold 822 Sarbonne Road for $75 million, achieving the 10th highest sale in the history of Los Angeles.
High-end, luxury listings are not Jon’s sole focus. He and his team proudly represent a wide variety of properties at varying price points across the city. Serving the client, building trust, and cultivating a culture of integrity are priorities for Jon and his team.
As an L.A. native, Jon is intimately familiar with the city where he has spent his entire life. He has more than 17 years of experience as a real estate agent, developer and (formerly) mortgage broker, and as such, he understands every facet of the business. Jon has experience in construction and high-end residential development. He has developed multiple properties in Beverly Hills and the Sunset Strip. Most notably, Jon was the developer of a modern/architectural home designed by acclaimed architect Hagy Belzberg that sold for $24 million.
