About Jon

Jon Henderson is a second generation real estate professional, beginning in 1994 after receiving his Bachelor of Science degree in Business Management and Finance, from the University of Phoenix at Arizona. Following in the footsteps of his father, Jon began as a property developer and investor, ‘flipping'' properties for profit throughout Los Angeles county. In 1997 Jon's passion for real estate inspired him to get his Real Estate Broker's license. Word of Jon's success as a Realtor and investor led his friends and family to seek his counsel and representation for their real estate needs. Jon, always looking to improve his depth of knowledge in the real estate business, joined Coldwell Banker Playa Vista. He gained a wealth of knowledge during his time with Coldwell Banker which inspired him to open his own real estate firm, Henderson Fine Homes and Estates. Much like life itself, Jon's real estate career has not been linear, but has been full of twist and turns. However, it is through all of the twist and turns that Jon Henderson has amassed a vast amount of real estate knowledge and experience that makes up his 20 year career. This has led him to work with some of the most esteemed names in the real estate industry, such as Coldwell Banker, Wells Fargo Home Mortgage and Equity Residential (REIT) in property management. " In my career I have literally done hundreds of transactions representing buyers and sellers. I have done over one thousand mortgage loans and have managed hundreds of residential rental units.
