Jon Kietzer

Jon specializes in commercial, investment and multifamily real estate. Most of his multifamily real estate experience is in student housing where they have developed, managed and sold several complexes. The largest of these was College Town Mankato. Jon currently has his real estate broker's license and am a member of CCIM (Certified Commercial and Investment Member). This designation is the most respected one in the commercial real estate industry. Within the commercial real estate arena he has been involved with transactions in office, retail, land and industrial markets. He also has experience as a business owner and landlord for both commercial and multifamily real estate. I attended college at Mankato State University in the school of business and finished his education at the Graduate School of Banking in Madison Wisconsin. Jon also held securities licenses (series 7, 63 and 65) and insurance licenses (property/casualty, life and health).

He began his working career in direct sales from 1983 to 1995. I then worked in the securities, investment and banking industry from 1995 to 2000 when he was promoted to Executive VP at Community Bank in Mankato. Jon held that position until 2006 and still serve on the board of directors. He has a strong background in commercial lending from his years at Community Bank. he then opened a real estate brokerage company in 2006. With his experience in commercial banking and real estate he has all of the necessary tools to help you make smart decisions when it comes to Commercial Real Estate.
