Jon Lipovac

Jon is a central Iowa native born and raised in West Des Moines. He enjoys spending time with his beautiful wife of 17 years and their quickly growing children. He also enjoys getting outdoors as often as possible to golf or hunt. Living and working his whole life here has given him an exceptional knowledge of the growing and vibrant communities in, and around Central Iowa. Jon's experience spans 19 years in Real Estate, first as a remodeler, landlord, and homebuilder, and now as a Real Estate Agent. He has experience encompassing first-time home buyers to high-end luxury homes and everything in between. He prides himself on a high level of customer service, integrity, and excellent negotiating skills.
