About Jon

Hi! I am a lifetime local to the Florida Panhandle and in 2019 I opened Live 30A Real Estate.

My wife, Fantasia and I have a dog, Foxxy and live near the bay just north of 30A. We love to travel, camp and explore the US in our 1973 Airstream.

I have 10+ years experience in the local 30A, South Walton and Destin real estate markets - and 6+ years as a real estate broker. Locally here at the beach, we love to paddle board, ride bikes, go for walks in the state parks, have picnics in Seaside, Alys, Rosemary, and Watercolor and otherwise enjoy the beach.
