My name is Jon Schaefer with Thrive Real Estate Group, and I got into this business because, simply put, I love helping people figure things out. After a few years in the streaming and entertainment world, I realized what I really liked was talking with people—hearing their stories, understanding what mattered most to them, and making complicated stuff easier to process along the way.

That led me to get certified as a mediator and relationship coach before jumping into real estate. I wanted to better understand how people make decisions—especially big, emotional ones like buying or selling a home. That background shaped how I work today.

In my first year as an agent, I closed over 23 deals and helped my clients save an average of $35,000+ per transaction—through smart negotiation, clear communication, and a process that puts your needs above anything else. I've built a step-by-step approach that helps people buy or sell a home, at the right price, with as little stress as possible.

Outside of work, I’m a purple belt in Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu, I love making real estate videos, explore new spots around Denver—usually somewhere low-key and relaxing, and hanging out with my friends, girlfriend, and my cats Puppies, and Wonder Bread.
