Jonas grew up in the town of Scio, NY within walking distance of the trout waters of the Genesee River, and that is where he could be found more often than not.
He graduated with honors from Fingerlakes Community College and SUNY Cobleskill, where he received an Associate’s Degree in Environmental Conservation and a Bachelors Degree in Fisheries & Aquaculture.
After graduation, his sense of adventure took him and his livelihood north to Alaska. He lived, worked, and traveled the state for 4 years as a fisheries biologist. Upon his return to NY, he worked in the gas and oil field and has since started his own small business.
He takes pride in the fact that his family has been doing business in NY since 1947 when his grandfather opened a chain of auto parts stores that are still in operation today.
With his free time, Jonas enjoys spending time with his family, friends, and managing hunting properties. Several of his hobbies include fishing, hunting, grilling, craft beer, boating, and playing baseball.
Jonas has entered his real estate career knowing that customer satisfaction is #1, and that it doesn’t come without hard work and dedication. Professionalism, communication, people skills, efficiency, common sense are of his high priority. He has pledged to do everything within his power make his clients purchase and/or sale of real estate smooth and effortless. He is eager to meet new people, make new friends, and share his passion of the outdoors!
