Jonathan Ashbridge was our realtor for the sale of our previous home and the purchase of our new home. Jonathan was exemplary in the sale of our home. He communicated every aspect of the process and made sure our home was ready to sell at a competitive price. We had multiple offers, all over asking, and he helped us select the buyers that would be best for our situation. On the purchase side of things, Jonathan was very helpful. We bought in a brand new 55+ community that was and is still under construction. Jonathan worked closely with the developers to ensure that the timing of the closing of our old house and the closing and move in date of our new home coincided. Because of his oversight, Jonathan was able to create an easy transition and lessen the obvious stress of moving. I would recommend Jonathan Ashbridge to anyone looking to buy or sell a home. His professionalism, attention to detail and true compassion for his clients is top notch. Thank you Jonathan for everything you've done for us.

Jonathan was so knowledgeable and really helped us to gain confidence as first time home buyers. He has a great professional network and always has someone to call when issues arise. For example, we were questioning if a beam needed to be replaced in one of the homes and he got us the answer quickly without having to hire someone else. He is the type of Realtor that will crawl into crawl spaces and into attics to make sure you know all the details of the home you are purchasing. If you are looking for someone with an attention to detail who does not sugar coat things then Jonathan is your guy.

We needed a realtor in a situation that isn’t ideal. We had to find a house when half way across the country.
Jonathan was perfect for us.
We have bought and sold a handful of houses. Out of all the realtors that we’ve dealt with, which have been great, but Jonathan was the one that put his heart into it.
He immediately felt like family and after the many years past I can say he’s still a close friend. His eagerness to make a good deal for all parties, sincerity, and genuine good nature makes him the best realtor we’ve ever had.

Jonathan’s professionalism is second to none. He is so much more than a Realtor. At times he was a counselor/therapist, a friend.
