John Claunch had a challenge with us working remotely. He is well versed in the process when it comes to buying homes for the area. During all of our hiccups with the seller, he was on top of it all making sure they were doing their part to get us in our home in a timely fashion. There were a few times during the process where he came in clutch with communications about construction, insurance policies, and the appraisal. Remotely purchasing a new home can be challenging but John was up for it and handled it like a champ.

I was very fortunate to find Beachy Beach Real Estate and John. Not being familiar with the area, but knowing what I desired for myself and my family, John guided me by the hand, making sure that I was aware of things, that honestly, I would not have even thought of. I was buying a home in Florida from 4 states away and John helped me feel very secure in my home purchase. It felt like he was on call and that I could reach him at anytime. If I had issues or problems John would immediately answer my questions with his expertise and knowledge. If there ever was something he didn't know, he would get back to me within 24 hours with a response. John is the best Realitor I have worked with. He spent an entire showing my wife houses and during the entire process was delightful and respectful. He managed to find the house we love and purchased. I’ve never insisted on a Realitor until my experience this round. He was very helpful through the entire process and I feel he went well out of his way to make sure everything went well. He would call and give me updates even when there wasn’t any new news.
