Johnathan Krauser acted as our Buyer Broker. We were renting a house that we were looking to purchase from the owner/landlord and needed someone to facilitate the deal (this was our first house). Johnathan came recommended from a work colleague. We called him and within 30 minutes he was up in our attic crawl space, inspecting the house. He noticed that the roof was was at the end of its life and suggested we get a roofer to asses it, which we did. Sure enough, the roof didn't have 3 years left on it. Ultimately, the owners put a new roof on the house, which saved us $7,200+. Johnathan was always available to answer any questions we had about the house-buying process. We were either calling, texting, or talking face-to-face with him in our living room. Even though we came to the table with a specific house we were interested in, he wanted us to see other properties for sale so that we could become educated buyers. That education really helped to ground us throughout the house-buying process. After several rounds of negotiating, we finally went under contract. At that point, Johnathan gave us a very clear and numbered to-do list, which helped us to stay organized and focused on the thousand details that needed to be done before closing. That little added boost kept us glued together. Johnathan was seemingly tireless in his goal to get us our dream house without over-paying for it. Literally, the day before closing, the central a/c died in the house we were buying. We freaked out. I still to this day am not sure exactly sure how he did it, but Johnathan was able to get the Sellers to fork over another $1,500 to cover the cost of the repair. The whole deal could have fallen apart, but he kept it together for us. Johnathan brought so much to the table that I don't think we would have been able to buy the house without him. That is not an exaggeration. Of particular note is his computer technology skills. There were times when we needed to sign contract addendums at 11pm (long story). We were unable to physically sign the document because it was so late. No problem. Johnathan created an e-document that we could sign on our computer and send it to him over the Internet. That technology bailed us out of many tough spots and was invaluable. After the many ups-and-downs that come with purchasing a house, we were able to finally close and seal the deal. The only regret we have is that we no longer are able to hang out and work with Johnathan as closely as we have over the last several months. He became like family to us. His character, integrity, and commitment to his work left a lasting impression on us. We would highly recommend Johnathan Krauser of J. Edwards Real Estate, whether buying a home or selling.

Jonathan was great! He made this whole process very easy and proficient. He is very knowledgeable, a true sellers right hand; kudos to his approach with information for buyers. Impressive 6 day sale! With follow up ease to closing. We would definitely recommend Jonathan! He swooped in and saved the day!

Jonathan was recommended to us by a friend of my mothers. What I most appreciated most about working with him was his honesty and forthrightness with us--regardless of his own personal self interest. I also appreciated his patience and his willingness to work odd hours on our behalf. He was extremely professional and very timely with his call backs and responses. He was also very knowledgeable. If you are looking for someone who is honest, to the point, down to earth and easy to work with, I highly recommend him.
