About Jonathan

Jon grew up in a small lake community in rural Minnesota. For a time, he worked along side his Dad in their family excavation business. Later he moved to California where his interests turned to the world of real estate.

His small town friendliness, genuine interest in people, and his willingness to go the extra mile, have been the hallmark of his life and career. And these qualities served him well over the years.

For 24 years, he managed more than 220 rental properties in Southern California, and later he was promoted to the position of Building Superintendent, where he was responsible for overseeing the construction of new homes.

BRANSON

In 2005, lifelong friend and business partner, Gary Winans, proposed an opportunity. It was the chance to develop a unique neighborhood in Branson, Missouri, called Hickory Ridge Estates.

Jon really connected with the wholesome family values of this gem of the Midwest, Branson. He immediately recognized the positive impact living there would have on his family.

Jon and Linda, his wife of 40 years, along with 3 of his children and 5 grandchildren all call Branson home now. Jon says that moving to Branson felt like coming home again to his small town roots.
