ON THE WATERFRONT
A lifetime as a sailor/boater and living these last 26 years on the water have drawn me to this niche. (As I'm writing this, I'm preparing to list a lovely island-style two story waterfront home in Pass A Grille with a two car garage, dock with boat lift and immediate beach access.)

But the great majority of properties are not on the water and I enjoy working with buyers and sellers in almost all markets. If I can't do right by you, I will refer you an Engel & Völkers advisor who is right for the job.
