Real Estate has been a part of his life since he was 10 when his father began to invest in rental and vacation properties. Little did he know at that time that those experiences would lead him to a professional career in real estate that has lasted 23 years and counting. He enjoys selling or listing all kinds of residential real estate including single family, multi-family, and country properties.

His belief is that real estate is a important vehicle to build retirement income for the future. He encourages his clients to see their homes not just as place of shelter and wonderful memories, but also as an investment that will pay dividends in the future. He also thinks about how the house you choose will sell in the future in case the need arises.

He also brings 18 years of mortgage origination experience to his real estate practice working as a mortgage broker and for small community banks. This is crucial in assessing the strength of a buyer's offer when he is representing a seller but also helps him keep his own buyer's transactions on pace for an on time closing.
