About JONATHAN
Jonathan is a Jacksonville native that was essentially born into real estate. He has grown up in this business with his father, who owns a title insurance company here in Jacksonville. His father owned Philips Real Estate and also developed parts of Jacksonville. Jonathan has a vast knowledge of this city having lived in Argyle, Ortega, Ponte Vedra, and currently Jacksonville Beach. He has lived at the beach since 1994, so that is where he calls "home." He has a wonderful wife, who happens to be MASH Realty Service’s Operations Director, and four children who he enjoys spending most of his free time with.
Jonathan started working at his father's title company when he graduated from the University of North Florida in 2003 with bachelor’s degrees in both management and marketing. He obtained his real estate license in 2006 and he knows this business inside and out. His vast knowledge of preparing closing documents and settlement statements, as well as clearing title issues, has given him a leg up in this business. Jonathan considers this to be one of the main reasons he consistently ranks in the top 1% of over 12,000 agents in Northeast Florida.
He prides himself on attentive service and the ability to exceed his client's expectations. He actually does not like using the word “client." By the time the transaction is completed, he feels like you are his friend. Jonathan truly wants what is best for you.
