He helped me to find just the perfect house in Delray Beach for our winter residence. Jonathan has expansive knowledge of the area, he was very helpful in narrowing down properties based on specific attributes I was looking for. When it came time to view properties he had them lined up in a perfect order, so our available time to view real estate was maximized to the greatest extent. (We were able to look at 8 houses in less than 4 hours in different cities!!!) Jonathan is one of the best price negotiators with excellent knowledge of the real estate market in South Florida. During the entire negotiation and closing process he was patient, professional, helpful and always available to answer questions. He went above and beyond multiple times for us, as we were closing on our new Delray Beach house remotely from Colorado. Buying a home is the largest financial commitment you will likely ever make. For this reason, it was critical I found the best realtor in Boynton Beach. I know many, many realtors so choosing one was based on reputation, negotiation skills, and knowledge of the areas I was interested in was key. My review is factual based on the entire process. First, we were looking in the Coral Springs area but quickly realized the prices were pretty high for homes which needed work. Jonathan gave his opinion with no fluff, which I appreciate. We expanded our areas of interest and Jonathan kept sending us homes that fit our criteria. The second house and third house we viewed were beautiful. Just magnificent. However, the asking price was right at the absolute maximum we were able to afford. This is where Jonathan's true skills came into play. He was able to save us roughly $15,000.00 off the asking price but also was able to get us a sellers contribution which equaled $10,000.00. (Total gain = $25,000.00) Getting our dream home for under market value is not only a smart emotional decision, but business decision. There is no questions the mortgage process was tough considering I am self-employed. Despite mortgage issues & IRS issues (not Jonathan's role), Jonathan is YOUR advocate. There was not a day that went buy that if he needed something from the mortgage guys, he would call whoever it took 3-4 times in a ROW! When most people run from problems or issues, Jonathan will face them head on. For this reason, he will be my realtor whenever I need to buy or sell a home. I am not easily impressed but if you are looking for a realtor in Boynton Beach, FL that is extremely knowledgeable, not scared of confronting any issues head on, constant communication, persistence, great at negotiating, this is your realtor
