Prior to his career in real estate, Jonathan served as a patrol officer, detective, and SWAT operator for a local police department. In addition to his law enforcement experience, Jonathan has a background in business management and project management. As a Colorado native growing up in the Boulder Valley area, Jonathan holds a degree in Economics from the University of Colorado at Boulder, where he developed his analytical and critical thinking skills. This educational background has provided Jonathan with a deep understanding of the economic factors that influence the real estate market. Having such understanding allows him to identify trends and opportunities which he uses to help his clients make informed decisions about their real estate investments and avoid costly mistakes.

He understands that buying or selling a home is a significant life event and is committed to providing exceptional service to his clients. He takes the time to understand their unique needs and works tirelessly to help them achieve their real estate goals. While Jonathan is not working, he volunteers in his community, serves on a board for a veteran non-profit, and enjoys pursuing his hobbies which includes home brewing and spending time outdoors. He is also a proud sports dad of two active children and spends much of his free time attending their games and activities alongside his wife and high school sweetheart.

Jonathan is a phenomenal realtor to work with. I engaged with him to purchase my first ever home, and I relied on his experience, knowledge, and patience. I appreciated that he discussed the positive features of every home we visited, but also pointed out flaws and challenges. Jonathan is impeccably professional, but also personable - his commitment to clear communication helps with both. I was also impressed with Jonathan's organization and availability. My home search heated up while he was on a weekend trip to the mountains, but Jonathan still prioritized helping me through the preparation of my offer and coaching me through the subsequent negotiations. I recommend Jonathan without hesitation or reservation.

Jonathan served as my buyer's agent and he was nothing but excellent through the entire process. When choosing between buyer's agents, he made choosing him a no brainer. When we walked through the home I was interested in his knowledge blew me away. As a first time home buyer, he was also extremely helpful in making sure I understood the terminology and the process. He even helped me get a new set of locks when I lost my key!
