About Jonathan

Jonathan Rundlett is the Regional Owner of EXIT Mid-Atlantic with the territory rights for the states of Maryland, Pennsylvania, Delaware, West Virginia, and the District of Columbia. He is also the Broker/Owner of EXIT Deluxe Realty located in Chevy Chase, Maryland serving Bethesda, Chevy Chase, Potomac and the surrounding areas. He founded EXIT Deluxe Realty with the mindset of providing clients with Deluxe service above and beyond expectations.

Originally from New York, Jonathan graduated from New York University with a Hotel Management degree. With over ten years of experience in world renowned hotels including the Waldorf=Astoria, the Four Seasons Hotel New York, and the New York Palace, customer service became a passion of his. Providing superior customer service that exceeds expectations is what separates the good from the great.

After leaving the hospitality industry, he enjoyed a successful career in sales both in the mortgage industry and in real estate. With over ten years of experience in the mortgage industry, he can provide invaluable insight into the various loan programs available to help accomplish your goals.

Honored with the award of Investor of the Year in 2014 by one of the largest Real Estate Investor Associations on the East Coast, he has experience in various aspects of real estate investing including wholesaling, rehabbing, small commercial deals, notes, and syndications. Jonathan has provided coaching and training to many national real estate groups including Tigrent Learning – the educational branch of the Rich Dad Poor Dad brand and coordinated bus tours to showcase investment properties available in the surrounding areas.
