Jonathan Spica

As the Founder of CTC Properties, he leads a team responsible for representing buyers and sellers of luxury properties along the coast and beach cities of Los Angeles, California. He closed several of the highest-price sales on the Santa Monica beach strand including the fastest sale ever recorded at full asking price. He received his degree in Engineering from the University of Delaware. In 2003, the California native decided to head home to build and raise his family, alongside his real estate portfolio. He owns a collection of beach homes which he has opened up to clients so that they can feel the connection with his homes and create memories of their own.
