Joni is absolutely amazing! She walked my wife and I through our first home buying experience 2 years ago, and just finished up walking us through our first selling experience! As first time home buyers, we were totally clueless…Joni was so patient with us, and was always happy to explain things to us. The process was easy and painless with Joni. Our selling experience took a bit of a turn just a week before closing…the buyers had some major issues, and we really weren’t sure if the deal was going to go through or not. Joni worked tirelessly behind the scenes with their realtor, and managed to make things happen…and happen on time nonetheless! Despite the nerves we had with all of that happening, we just have such an ease working with Joni that we knew it would all work out. Joni works around the clock constantly for her buyers and sellers. The thing we love the most about Joni is the fact that she truly cares. She cares about your story, she cares about you as a person. I don’t think she views anyone as just another buyer/seller. She gets to know you on a personal level, and she goes to the ends of the Earth to make things work out for you. We can’t recommend her enough to everyone! Whether you’re a seasoned buyer/seller, or this is your first time…I promise you, you will not be disappointed with Joni. If you are looking for a realtor highly recommend choosing Joni, she truly goes above and beyond for her clients. From the beginning she was very prompt in getting things going for us, and was always very responsive through the entire process. Joni was very patient and helped us find solutions for any issues that came our way!
There were a few things we had to fix before the sale of our older home, Joni was able to get someone right out and address the issues and fixed at an affordable rate. The process of selling a home can be stressful but she eased the process. 10/10 Highly recommend!

When we decided to move, it was a no brainer who we were going to call. Joni Donaghy Myers was getting a call. I have known Joni for 10+ years having coached her son many years ago for the the Summit City Sluggers. The Myers family is a family that would give you the shirt off their back or the last dollar in their bank account if you needed it, regardless of how bad they needed it too. You won’t find a better person. Joni is so caring and loving of others, she truly invest in the process and the vision you have like it’s her own. That is why Joni gets my call every time and will always do so! If you are in the market to buy a house, you might find someone out there who has made more sales than she has, you might find someone out there who is considered a better realtor on paper, but what you won’t find is someone that cares as much about you that is also amazing at what she does. She is an unbelievable realtor but an even better person.

Sure, you want to be just another sale, call someone else. If you want to be another box checked off the list and forgotten about once the deal is made, call someone else. However if you want to be heard, valued, and taken care of like you are your realtors own family, there is only one call to make and that is Joni. She invest it all with you!
