Within 48 hours of my house going for sale We had several great offers, AND was under contract. All of that was a blessing, but I’m about to tell you what I was most thankful for.

They had an extensive list of contacts.
We needed someone to to fix a few places on our front Porch, Chris sent someone over, we needed someone to clean our yard up before pictures , Chris sent someone over. We had to have our our heating and air unit checked out, Chris sent someone over. The guy he sent called to ask my permission if he could walk around the yard and check the unit, and said he would wait for my husband to get home if that made me more comfortable. I wish I could remember his name or company name so i could say thank you.
They marketed our home before it went live, and we had 11 showings the first day. When Jordan and Chris met with us, they were on time , professional , and they carefully listened to EVERYTHING we had to say before they explained what they could for us. I bet they were laughing on the inside because everything we were stressing about Chris had a solution for. They were hard working, and put in the time for us. They also worked smart with their time. I do believe there are other agents out there who are willing to put in work, but are they working smart with the time they are given? That makes all the difference!!!!
Jordan went out and got several potential buyers to come view our home. Everyone did their part in making this experience a stress free victory for us. To top that off , we actually made money!
