About Jordan

Jordan, along with his wife and business partner Chelsea, make up the Fevold Realty Group of Bill Hansen Realty. They have worked in the real estate industry since 2018 and quickly became top producing agents. Jordan, originally from Roseau, MN met his wife Chelsea after attending Bemidji State University. The two got married on the shores of Leech Lake in 2018 and decided to plant their roots in Walker. They have a yellow lab named Shandy and in May of 2022 welcomed their first child, Addison. She is already quite the boat baby! Growing up near Lake of the Woods, Jordan has always enjoyed fishing, hunting, snowmobiling and many other outdoor activities. After meeting Chelsea, Jordan fell in love with the Walker and Longville areas and love with they have to offer. Their passion for the area motivates them to help others attain similar experiences.

The Fevold Realty Group’s goal and commitment is to set a new standard and redefine the real estate experience in northern Minnesota. You will often find them boating around Leech Lake or enjoying activities in the community, but most of all, they would like to be your realtors.
