I cannot recommend Jordan enough for anyone looking for a real estate agent. My husband and I were first-time home buyers and felt intimidated on where to start in our search or even what we wanted in our first home, but we were connected to Jordan through Anderson Realty’s website and we are so grateful!

Jordan is personable, is not pushy or “sales-y” and was an incredible resource and advocate through our entire home buying process. As first-time buyers without a lot of knowledge about homes, Jordan’s expertise was immensely helpful. He took the time to educate us and view each home with an investigative mindset to assess the home’s potential and any red flags or issues. Jordan is also a great communicator (very prompt), he was more than willing to accommodate my and my husband’s crazy work schedules, and he didn’t bat an eye when we brought our (sometimes fussy) baby to some viewings.

In the end, we ended up purchasing a “fixer upper”, which was absolutely the right choice for our budget in this market. Jordan provided nearly a dozen referrals for workers that he has both personally worked with or who his clients have worked with, and even after closing, he is still helping us connect with people in his network. I think that shows how truly he cares about his clients success in their homes and how much he genuinely loves his job. We wouldn’t have had the confidence to move forward with a fixer-upper without his personal experience with home renovations, as well as him sharing his contacts.

Thank you so much, Jordan! This was such a monumental moment for our family and our future and we are so appreciative that we were connected with you.

We hired Jordan to help us sell our home because he was familiar with the area we lived in. He helped us come up with a good Price that worked very well. Even though the market had slowed down in the fall we still got an offer in a matter of only four weeks. Our new home was in another city and there were things that came up to be fixed in order to satisfy the new buyer for the purchase of our old home. Jordan showed up for all of the work men and even paid out of his own pocket until I could get a check to him for the cost. I have sold property before and I can tell you that this was the best experience I have ever had working with him. I found him to be a honest person, hard worker and a likable person. You will not regret it if you decide to hire him to help with your real estate needs.

Jordan is great - skilled as a realtor and super nice! Walked us through the process of selling our property. Did the research on comps and helped us to make the right decisions - what to list at, what to fix up, etc. Helped us prepare the house. Hosted the open house. Got an offer 2 days after listed. He helped guide us through negotiations. We were very happy with the outcome. We were out of town and he even helped us empty the house before closing. Working with Jordan to purchase our first home in the midst of the Corona Virus Pandemic (and all added complications) was an absolute dream. House hunting with Jordan Hubred was an excellent experience. We always felt heard, cared for, and had fun!
He started by sitting us down to discuss our goals for a house. What do we want, what are needs vs nice to haves, and introduced us to considerations we hadn’t even thought about. This started us off on the right foot, aligning my wife and I where we didn’t know we had differing opinions and narrowing down the house hunt for an efficient and enjoyable process.
When visiting homes, Jordan was always masked up and even brought hand sanitizer for us to use. He occasionally commented on design features or pointed out potential issues, like foundations, window age, plumbing wear, and the state of the roof. He helped guide conversation while still leaving space for my wife and I to have open and candid conversations about each home.
When we found the place we fell in love with he got to work! We had a showing the same day, submitted an offer that afternoon, and had been accepted that evening!!!
We could not recommend Jordan highly enough for his professionalism, courtesy, punctuality, and low stress personality.
Do yourself a favor and pic an agent you like to be around. Pick Jordan Hubred!!!
