Jorge helped my fiancé and I purchase our first home! It can be very overwhelming learning the ins and outs of home ownership and Jorge is excellent at making things very personal and making you feel confident. Jorge is very professional, personable and has excellent follow up skills. He knows exactly what I was looking for and was extremely patient with me! He found my dream home in a crazy market where customers offered 50k+ over asking price. I only offered 10k over and he was able to close the deal for me with his excellent sales skills. We had an amazing experience with Jorge Fernandez from the beginning of selling our home to the last minute. He was very professional, knowledgeable, explained the process every step of the way, before we started the process of selling our home we were nervous and stressed but he made this so fast and easy for us. Purchasing a home is stressful enough, doing it during these current times is stressful and crazy! My wife and I were lucky enough to have Jorge on our side. He is extremely patient, always works with a smile and a positive attitude! He was helpful all the way, from the start to the end, from putting in a ton of offers (until one finally got accepted), to negotiating the price and any items that should be fixed, to credits from the seller. We always felt he was looking out for us. No matter the time and date, he would answer our questions and provide wise advice. His experience and years in the industry show when working with him. We recommend him 100%!

Referred to by a friend, and couldn't have been a better fit. In the most competitive market, being beaten by all cash buyers Jorge spent 3 months of searching for the right home with me. Time and time again he would arrange meetings, schedule showings and then deal with the buyers.

When we finally did get accepted an offer, the seller attempted to back out for a slightly better deal. It was ultimately Jorges quick thinking and solution driven mentality that allowed us to barter the position into a mutually beneficial deal. Jorge went from being a strange realator, to an amazing friend. Your not going to find a more knowledgeable and dedicated Realator.
