Jori Matison Broad

Jori has been a part of the Coldwell Banker Preferred Blue Bell family for 5 years and a REALTOR for 9.5, but she isn't just passionate about helping people find their next home. Jori is very active in Colonial School District and Whitemarsh Township. Currently she sits on the board of the Whitemarsh Township Authority (Sewer Board, Treasurer) and is the Co-President of the Colonial School District Education Foundation (CSDEF). She became heavily involved in the PTO's of her children (holding the President position for many years). This is where her passion for fundraising was born. Now, she spends her time planning events and fundraisers as well as building community relations for the CSDEF, the main fundraising organization for all of Colonial School District. Over the past several years, she has been integral in raising over $100,000 for CSD!

Jori is also passionate about reading, cooking, crafts, and gardening. Jori has been married to Christopher since 2001 and has a son, Ethan a first year student at Susquehanna University and daughter Isla, a Freshman at Plymouth-Whitemarsh HS. In 2020, Thumbs the cat with 4 thumbs joined the Broad family and most recently Ripley the dog joined the crew in May 2023!
