Jose was fantastic during our hunt for our forever home. He was such a patient, always happy and knows what he is talking about! He gave us so much tips with our home buying process and was always available to fit in showing housing on his busy schedule! Still till this day, I will shoot him a message about questions I have questions about our home and he is always on it!! I 100% recommended Jose if you want your house hunting to be smooth!

Anyone who is looking to buy a home I highly recommend Jose! He is not only very professional but so very personable. He’s great at what he does and helped us find our long term home! After looking and looking in a time where homes were being sold within a day/a couple days of being put on the market we were starting to lose hope. Jose was always on top of the market and even made suggestions on homes we didn’t think to look at. We were about to take a brief break from looking when he made a suggestion to just look at one more house. It is now our long term home! 10/10, highly recommend, Jose!!

Buying a property can be a stressful, but with Jose, it feels easier, exciting and less stressful! Jose is easy to reach and knowing you have someone in your corner who’s working so hard for you eases your mind. I would recommend him to any friends and family, and will be using him for any of my future properties in the DMV area.

We were first time home buyers and Jose was so helpful and informative throughout the whole proces from getting the loan to buying the house. Jose is enthusiastic, detail oriented and highly knowledgeable about this market and the markets he advises in. But the best part of working with him was his warm demeanor, our kids loved him and looked forward to seeing him everyday of our long 9 day journey to win the contract on our home. He would notice the details on homes we viewed that we wouldn’t think of… all while playing “find the laundry room” with our kids! All this while using techniques to land not one but TWO houses under contract, in THIS market! We passed on one when the bidding went too high but the results speak for themselves. I can’t recommend him or his team enough and hope others will follow in our footsteps and call Jose to land the house you need when you need it!
