Jose Sanchez

Jose is a Realtor® servicing the Charlotte-Gastonia-Concord metropolitan and surrounding areas of central North Carolina. He works with buyers, sellers, and investors to find the home for them regardless of price point. Jose leverages his 17 years of investing experience in real estate to provide his clients critical real estate insight when making a decision on a home. Doing so serves the purpose of making the home buying and selling process less stressful and a more enjoyable experience for his clients.

That type of service to others is a natural progression to Jose's many years of public service as an Armed Forces Serviceman and Community Service Youth Leader. Prior to becoming a Realtor®, Jose served over 20 years in the United States Navy. As a Community Youth Leader, Jose has volunteered countless hours fostering leadership and citizenship skills in local area youths via active engagement in various community service activities like Toys for Tots and Adopt-a-Highway initiatives. At the end of day, to work with Jose is to know that he is the type of individual who brings a well-balanced approach premised on service to others in everything his does.
