Joseph is a seasoned real estate professional with many years of experience negotiating contracts and facilitating the sales and purchases of businesses, as well as residential, commercial, industrial, and estate properties. His career spans transactions ranging from single-family homes to major land development projects. In one notable venture, he managed the transformation of a 2,700-acre tract of raw land into a thriving community by establishing essential infrastructure (roads, water, and sewer systems) and introducing amenities such as swimming pools, equestrian facilities, restaurants, a lounge and bar area, and supporting retail shops.
