We are so grateful for the excellent service and expertise that Joseph provided to us, especially since our circumstances made us atypical clients! My wife and I have been temporarily located outside of the US for work, but were seeking a house to be ready in time for our move back to the US. Joseph was so accommodating, and saw countless homes on our behalf, providing video tours and his honest perspectives on the properties. Size, condition, quality, noise, neighborhood, future selling potential, appraisal value, and potential inspection issues: these were all elements that Joseph helped us understand about the properties we were unable to view in person. We ultimately purchased a home, without ever having set foot in it, based on the trust we had built with Joseph. Moreover, we got our home at list price with several inspection and appraisal contingencies despite the state of the NJ housing market where you typically will need to waive those contingencies. He is very well educated and knows what to look for when helping in the search of a new home. Joseph put us in touch with the best lender Justin Bonura who got us pre-approved in about an hour. The first month of navigating through the market as a first time buyer was a nightmare. I almost gave up my search for a home all together. When they say it matters who your realtor is, IT MATTERS. I can tell you first hand, I had two other realtors before Joseph, one who reminded me of a pushy car salesman and the other didn’t do much at all. The pushy realtor kept pressuring me to put offers down on homes I didnt even like. I felt lost, confused and taken advantage of so I searched for another realtor. I found Joseph online and gave him a try after looking at his site. It only took two weeks til we found the perfect home for me and before you knew it, were under contract. My home now, had so much competition I thought it was impossible for us to get accepted. But Joseph surpassed all expectations, we beat out the competition with great negotiations and I couldn’t be happier. Joe is a one in a million realtor. I very rarely write reviews but Joe is most deserving of any assistance after what he has done for my family and I the past few months. After working with dozens of different Zillow/Realtor dot com agents that we were not comfortable with, we thankfully were introduced to Joe when he met us at a property that we now call our first home purchase. Joe is knowledgeable, honest, extremely accommodating and most importantly a dedicated friendly professional. His hunger for success is exactly what is needed in this industry. As a family man, if people asked me if I would refer my brothers, mother or father to him and without hesitation I would gladly do so with full confidence. Can I just say that I went out of my way to leave a review for Joey! I absolutely hate reviews but Joey is such an awesome realtor and now friend. Seriously I was the most ANNOYING client he's probably ever had, and he was extremely patient and thorough! He explained the process of home buying when we met, and probably 1,000 times after that! He met us at a local Starbucks and changed our outlook on home buying, and got us an amazing deal on a house that wasn't even listed! Call this guy, it will be the best decision you ever made.

In a world full of Realtors that are a dime a dozen, Joseph really stands out. As a first time home buyer not only did he find the house, his network made the whole thing happen. There are so many moving parts in a real estate transaction and so many things that can go wrong! He recommended an awesome attorney, home inspector, and even got me to change my lender! (His guy beat my orignal lenders rate by .5%). Everyone on his team always answers there phones, wether it's a call at 8:00 am or a text at 11:00 pm. I highly recommend Joseph to anyone and everyone I know!

I don't think he ever missed on of my probably 60 calls to him, and always had answers and ideas. His network is very reliable and gave me great rates.
